only in england would a cracker be covered in chocolate and called a biscuit.

While cookies are sweeter biscuits are more wholesome and filling, and still delicious. I can live off biscuits. Cookies? Hello, diabetes

if you toss biscuits while intoxicated all you have is biscuits on the ground.   if you toss cookies while wasted, you feel better and may immedietly resume drinking.     cookies hands down

but they are...not soft and flakey, and that waffled surface makes them either a cookie or a cracker, since they're not made with sugar in the dough...cracker.
