There is now a separate MOTD folder that you need to put the .txt files in.
That is if you have the game installed in the newer location, that being : "C:\HiTech Creations\Aces High" .
If still installed under the older Program Files location, disregard.

Partial update: I just tested this in LW sort of. I uploaded a line of text not using my fuzeman.txt file and it did display when I entered the arena.
Will double check the file upload now.

EDIT- both uploading a line and uploading a .txt file both worked AOK for me and displayed my squad MOTD when I entered the LW arena. I did not check to see if they displayed when an host arena message is also displayed, for example in the SEAs.

For me it seemed pretty instantaneous, I uploaded the one line or .txt file and got a system message saying what it was doing, exited the arena and then re-entered and it displayed. Time between exit and re-entry I'd say was less than a minute IIRC.

Just wondering where your game is located, is it in
"C:\HiTech Creations\Aces High\aceshigh.exe"  or in
"C:\Program Files\HTC\Aces High II\aceshigh.exe"

I don't think that would really matter as I have a 'motd' folder in each of those locations.
Do you get the system message saying it is uploading?

Of course you have to be the CO or have delegated enough permissions to the underlings to allow them to upload the MTD but I don't think that's the problem here either.
I've pretty much exhausted all my thoughts on this.

Update:
While setting up FriKOTH in SEA2, I loaded up a squad motd along with my event MOTD.
I exited and re-entered arena and both came up and were displayed on arena entry.

Does it work when you goto the O'Club and type in a line of text? That will also respond with a system message saying it's uploading, at least it does for me.
And you do have a LTARkilz.txt file in that MOTD folder, correct?
