CH Fighterstick issues
« on: November 06, 2011, 10:02:09 AM »
My Fighterstick USB is 6 yrs old...had new pots installed 2 years ago. Lately it's been giving me fits. The more than the slightest pitch/aileron input sends me into unrecoverable stall/spins. I'm using AH default axis scaling. I don't use the CH Control Mgr and have calibrated using Win7 along with AH calibration.

Any suggestions for a cure? Someone mentioned getting Win7 drivers from CH.

Thanks

You need to install the CH Manager and calibrate with it NOT Windows. After doing that you will probably want to revisit scaling and deadband/dampening after calibrating again in AH. Default scaling is meant to help with many controllers and is ideal for none of them especially considering how varied pilots are in their opinions of controls.
If you like the Sick Puppy Custom Sound Pack the please consider contributing for future updates by sending a months dues to Hitech Creations for account "Chalenge." Every little bit helps.
