cancelled my acct due to mega hording day after day at the MA's.
i just sign up whenever scenarios are on, so please get on with it. 
I have been on since the Open Beta and hording has always been cyclical. If you aren't an affiliate of a squad, I can see the frustration. Our squad numbers over the past 15+ years have dwindled but we still maintain a squad night that all are familiar with and attend on occasion. If we have 2, 3 or 5 folks, it's always a lot of fun becoming the rogue horde and pouncing somewhere unusual. Sometimes we just get up and defend.
Like you, it is a drag-sometimes, but flying with good friends and people you know is most gratifying. (win or lose)
