Switching between controllers

I want to use my mouse for vehicles and boat and then be able to switch to my joystick for flying. Is there a way to switch between the 2 controllers to do this??

First map a keyboard command to select control modes in the preferences/controls/key map option. Then you can map control mode 1,2 and 3 to have different control setups. When you want to use your mouse setup you would just have to hit the control mode select key you previously set to, for example, change to control mode 3. Control mode 3 you would have mapped to suit your mouse setup requirement in the same menu area.
