Reduce Joystick Sensitivity
« on: February 05, 2012, 06:48:21 PM »
I've had my joystick elevators set just like this (photo ala Ack Ack) for years, possibly since I started playing. However, with my X-52, this leads to a situation where pulling halfway back on the stick is enough to stall just about and aircraft at any combat speed. It seems to me the only time I'm actually getting to use the full throw of the stick is when pulling out of compression. With such a low-tension stick, this makes precise movements very difficult and often throws me into spins during hard turn-fights. Is there a way to adjust my stick to let me use more of the range in combat without removing the ability to pull out of hard dives, or do I just suck too much at turn-fighting? :D

In the lower left corner of the "scaling" page, click the "defaults" button. This will set the scaling to the games default which is not as aggressive as the one you are using now.
