just tried to shoot at high alt B-29s (20k) from a 8.8cm Ack.
Though the buffs appeared on radar and I could deduct their course they just appeared as "dots" until they were right over the field when the LOD was elevated to actual geometry and they also got an icon.
As they left the field they quickly got reduced to the "dot" and were practically invisible thereafter.
Funnily my rounds which were shot a few seconds ago were still shown climbing and could be seen until they finally bursted.
Would be helpful if Buffs could be seen a bit far more out than just 12k.
The icon is not an issue and can be kept to 12k but the planes shouldn't pop between geometry (handfull of pixels) and simple dots.
