Val Engine Bug

I was playing offline when i upped  the Val and the plane would not fly I had it on full throttle and it would not move at all has this happend to anyone else?

First thing I do when I think I found a bug is to duplicate it. Then I relog and try to duplicate it again. This way I do not do a 'the sky is falling, I found a bug' when in fact it wasn't.
Visiting the TA to check. My money is on my D3A1 taking off normally.

Engine start, slow roll which speeded up after I cycled my wheel brakes. That meant I had brakes ON when I exited last flight. Double check your RPMs maybe.
