ERROR MESSAGE
« on: July 22, 2012, 03:14:23 PM »
Had a virus (Security Shield Platinum)  I did a system resore back to the first of July, virus seems to be gone, not in my programs anymore. When i try to log into AH, i notice it's the old Rec and Black Icon and i get a small error window pop up, and it reads..."Initiation failed with -9 mainWLD_FAILED-1" Do I need to reload the game or is my version too out of date to accept a "series " of updates?

                                                                                                                                  :salute

Just found this:
Quote from: 1Cane on July 20, 2012, 10:38:54 PM

I cannot access game I get initiation failed with-9 man wld-failed 1 error message.  Tried to open as administrator and still couldn't get in.

That message means the game cannot find its resources to run.  Usually due the executable being moved to the desktop, rather than a shortcut being created.  Remore any desktop ICONS, and then install the game over the top of y9our current installation to correct it.

A "restore" will mess up the game, without fail.  You will need to re-install the game over the top of your existing installation.
