Film viewer: errors on 410 gunner positions
« on: August 14, 2012, 01:33:45 AM »
I recorded a me410 sortie and when I play the film back the gunner positions are a little messed up. While the port position seems to articulate and aim properly, the starboard does not. It tilts the view but the gunsight does not move, and you end up seeing the big black reflector housing instead of what you were really seeing. Both positions have no "boundaries" and the head movements it records go outside the glass and even the plane.

In a prolonged chase where I was watching from internal and external (toggling radio buttons via mouse click), and at one point I went back internal and it was showing the gunner position (facing aft) even though I was pulling moves from the cockpit. I couldn't figure out how to return to the cockpit from the film viewer. Not sure if this is a bug or just me not understanding something about how the film viewer works.
