Even if I wasn't an AvA regular, I would find this a new, fun & refreshing way to play the game.  I'm very much looking forward to it.

Well, I think it's pretty original. We had a lot of help in the concept from in and outside of the AvA community.

Never heard of anything quite like it. Winners get to choose each following battle in the overall war.

It is a quite dynamic setup, I think it could get really interesting if even some squads tried it out, deciding who gets to choose the next battlefield sounds like a good reward in playing as a team.
