With the size of some of our maps later at night often the action you follow at 2-3 bases is at extream ends of your country boundries. Tonight I was following three fights and pulling up the map and dragging the giant thing around to look at the status back at the other two to see if I wanted to hop back from time to time. I know you can minimise the map and look that way.
My thought was how easy it would be if the clipboard like with your browser rememberd the last 2-4 feilds you visited. Then you could click on a back button and the map would change focus centering back to each feild in sequence without you having to change the map resolution.
Kind of picayune at face value. But, I was hopping from a GV base where I was using a 17lb to hold off tanks about every 5-10 minutes, upping to furball, jumping back to the GV base, watching the progress of a fight a few squad mates were taking part in. Then keeping an eye on a feild thinking it was a good candidate for a NOE quick take. It occured to me about 2 hours into watching those feilds how nice a back butten would have been on the map. I'm probably being lazy and think everything should work like a WEB browser.
