GV spawning issue

For some reason when I spawn in a gv the secondary weapons are firing. I've tried reprograming to different buttons on my warthog but the same thing happens. I recalibrate when I sign on so I'm at a loss. Any ideas?

  GVs seem to spawn with engine on. Check key mapping for secondary weapons might help.

I have had this problem also. It happens when I am killed while shooting machine gun. When I respawn the gun is firing. I think it depends on how long holding the firing button when killed. sometimes it fires until ammo gone sometimes less. Not really an answer just what I have experienced.
