Cant get back in

I have been out of the game for a few months but kept up my subscription. I have recently changed my E mail address and now find I can't log into the game. How should I contact htc so I can get my log in details sorted out.

Easiest way?  Call them (now is probabley a good time, but before they go home today for the weekend).  You can write an email to support or billing and ask for them to change your email on your account, but the phone call will likely have you fat and happy in no time.

Not paying your taxes to the crown will do that, we colonists had enough of that rubish looooong ago.

  Since you kept your subscription up to date you should have no problem logging in!

  You dont explain what the issue is,did you use your original log in name? Did you forget your PW? 

  If you look in the game folder you can find both the log in name and PW,I suggest everyone save a copy of this somewhere safe! Personally I have a copy saved in my drafts of an email account for quick references and also have a copy saved to a zip drive. I also store a copy of my settings folder,skins and gunsights,this make reinstalling the game simple and changing to a new comp almost painless!
