...unless he tells you the most sure fire way to get rid of it is to format the driver and reload windows.
Correction!
Be Sure to never "FORMAT" any of your "driver"s .............. that might cause you to lose access to your Drives ( HDD, SSD, USB, DVD, CD, BR, etc ) or give you major problems with your OS and Motherboard
DO BE SURE to FORMAT your Hard Drives that you are using for your OS, and also virus scan check any other drives in the pc being used for storage , etc...... !!!
