seperate perk plane kills/perk vehicle kills achievement

Like the title says.  It is far easier to rack up kills of tanks that are perked at 1 point, than planes - which are usually used in a very cautious manner.  So if you don't kill tanks, you are SOL.

For the record, in tour 161 25% of all killed vehicles had been perked ones, but only 1.5% of all planes.
Killing a perk plane is an achievement, killing a perk tank is an everday occurrence.

there are 3 star players who would not be able to complete the fighter achievements if they were not able to bomb gv's to finish it lusche. you would be doing them a dis service by making them actually try to learn air combat.  

I am curious how the killing ground vehicles with planes not being counted to fighter score tradition was not carried on to the achievements of the game when they were added.
