Achievements for the HTC staff
« on: June 21, 2013, 09:20:18 PM »
Why don't we start and have achievements for the HTC staff.
A few examples:

1] New model achievement with clusters: When a staffer gets a new plane model added to game they made, they get the achievement. If they helped they get a cluster only.
2] Ancient plane model update with clusters: When a staffer updates a plane model, that most likely hasn't been updated since it was added. Again if they helped they get a cluster only.
  - for example the Yak series, but I have concerns not that my concerns would matter even though it used to be my favorite ride.
-- I'm scared what the cockpit would look like and how hard it would be to see things.  :huh
  -- And then we would most likely loose the 'SUPERFLY' tag  :cry    {see achievement 3  :aok  }
3] The hide your name in the artwork achievement: As mentioned in 2, when a artist gets his name skillfully hidden but apparent in his artwork. This one is different though. If no customer sees it, they get the achievement internally at HTC HQ. However, if a customer sees it and mentions it, it gets downgraded to a cluster.
4A] Two Left Feet Achievement:  Already awarded to Skuzzy as it is considered factual by now that is did happen, awarded for taking down the servers with either of the left feet. Clusters for any further cable dances.
4B] UpTime Achievement: Given to Skuzzy on a day where there are no network headaches. If there are no days like that, give it to him on a weekend or on his day off. Then add to it for any days where network issues don't cause HiTech ho hit the bottle.
5] Rule #4 Achievement: Given to any HTC Staffer who gives 100 Rule#4 violation notices in one sitting while monitoring the Boards. Starting at Bronze with silver being 1000 and gold for 100000, again in one sitting or session.
6] The Get A Day Off Achievement: Given to any Staffer who can go through an entire day without having to deal with any BS. [ Rare and has yet to be given out but it is occasionally tested to see if it still works by HiTech. ]

[7] The Balanced Budget Achievement: To the person, I assume someone in the Business Administration Dept, who makes sure the dollars and sense, whoops make that cents, we all know nothing makes sense!!! , add up and the books balance.
Note- balancing the book on the top of your coconut does not count.

And to help the bottom line:
[8] New Customer Achievement: To the HTC staffer who gets the most new customers to sign up. They must keep a subscription for a minimun of 6 months.

Fewer employees means the ones at present can get two, three, maybe even for or five little stars on their door.

And I was right, we lost the 'SUPERFLY' tag. Yes I know he most likely wasn't involved in the art but a little 'Greebo' would have worked nicely.
Unless of course 3] is involved.   :t

Would any Aces High Players who visit the home office please note the stars on employees doors. Post pictures if possible.

I'd like to know who has "3] achievements" so we can start looking for the tag and get thier achievement reduced. :t

I was just there two months ago.
At that time, there were only three doors in the entire facility, and none of them have any stars.
There is the front door, most commonly used by staff to enter the building between the hours of 08:00 and 15:00, most weekdays, Monday through Friday. This door is also the only door visitors to the facility are allowed to enter through.
I had taken a picture of this door with a telephoto lens from several miles away, but upon entering the facility, all pictures on my camera were mysteriously erased.

There is the back door, which opens to a maze of shrubbery. I assume it was planted in this manor to give anyone escaping the buildind via this door a more than adequate head start to anyone pursuing the staffer using this door.

The third and final door is on the room containing the game servers. This door is heavily insulated and double sealed to keep the cold air from the air conditioner with in the confins of this room. Those servers must be kept cool, due to the many hot heads in game transferring their heat, via the game, onto these servers. (As a side note, Skuzzy was on vacation the day I was there, so I retaped the extension cord Skuzzy uses to feed power to the servers, hoping to avoid another accidental trip over this cord).

What about the restroom, you may ask.
Dale said there was no door there to encourage more work and less "down time" as it were.
Poor Carrie has to walk up the street to the McDonald's and use their restroom.
