In the games "Video Settings", please let me know exactly what video card is shown being used.

Well Skuzzy I went back to double check the video setting to see what was being used---guess what-- I missed that it was running the integrated gpu instead of my card--problem is solved! Thank you, Thank you, thank you! pops out :salute :aok :D
