One of these days I'll figure out how to post a pic.

I was fortunate enough, along with the help from Max (csip) to win Reserve Grand Champion in the Chest to Chest, National Brisket Championship last year in KS.  The pic I wanted to post was that turn in box.

IraqVet....those were some damn nice looking slices........... I'd love to have the opportunity to share a tasty adult beverage and discuss the finer points of Q with you someday.

We just put down some ownage tonight on lake arrowhead this evening, had (I thought) my own private airshow when the boys came back home, but the topper is always that random crowd who showed up at our hangars after they landed to admire the ac and thank us.


 :salute to the vets and hope everyone had a safe and fun 4th!

Sounds like a plan to me  :old:. BBQ is a family history so to speak for me. One of the few things that keep me sane now days besides wife and daughter.  :eek:
