Updater removes the game .exe

This is twice in a row the game updater has removed the .exe after installing the patch. Everything else is there it seems BUT that. Because the .exe isn't there I can't re-run the patch either. This has happened in the past but not in a while. Quite annoying on FSO night.

Root of my D Drive. My OS is on C and that's a SSD so it's the only thing I have on there. I remember this happening once before a while back. Funny how all the other .exe's in the folder (ahfilm and mission editor) are there but only the game .exe is not.

I backed up my stuff, downloaded the full version of the game and re-installed. It's fine now but is annoying that this happened. I don't recall it happening when I've downloaded a patch from HTC and installed that manually. <shrug>
