Operation Steinschleuter(Rock Catapult)
its late 1945 and the germans are looking
to expand their position. Germany's war effort
has been sustained by their ability to capture
the Oil fields in southern Russia. Try as they
may, no countrys forces seem able to counter the
German Blitzkreig tactics, and most of Europe
has Relented. The US and British Bombing attacks,
have had no substantial effect on the German
War Machine, due in part to the German ability
to quickly and efficiently produce ever more
advanced fighters. American and British Bomber
and Fighter crews are taking unsustainable losses
from the Superior German Forces. The Russians
have been stopped cold on the eastern front as
well, by German tactical efforts that borderline
on genius. D-day was a total failure due weather
conditions and preparedness of the Axis forces.
Germany seems to have become invincible and most
of Europe is now under German domination and
there's nothing anyone can do about it.
while they failed their first
attempt(operation Sealion) at taking
Britain, they're giving it a second shot.
Hitler wants another shot at Britain and wants
to try to make it a German colony. The Germans
now have 2 carriers available and all latewar
aircraft. the US is still backing Britain, but
they are losing planes and pilots due to attrition.
Operation Steinschleuder will give the germans
the jumping point they need to attack
greenland, canada and the United States.
