Screen jittery in heavy traffic
« on: April 24, 2014, 11:53:35 PM »
Haven't had this problem at all until recently. I think it's the AV but not sure yet. So I thought I would throw this out there to get some suggestions.

Thanks in advance.

Anti-xxxx software can definitely contribute.  There a lot of thing that can contribute.

Let's start with what your game settings are, and a DXDIAG output.

Try killing the anti-xxxx software first and see if that is the source.

Often, this is the only way to figure out what the issue is.  Simply trying things until you find the culprit.

I found the culprit I believe. AVG downloaded a tool bar or I actually accidentally did. I deleted it and so far so good. Too early to tell for sure.

Aaah! Toolbars are plain naked an invention of the Evil!

Not talking about you, DaddKev.

Toolbars are nothing more than pretty viruses.

I remembering saying something to that effect before and as soon as I saw it I knew that was the issue.

It's been really good so far.
