Don't go to pdfebookss.mobi. That squeak tried to give me a virus but Bitdefender had my back and kicked that toejam to the curb.

Your local library should have free books online, mine does.  But you have to check them out for a certain period of time.  Strange with a pdf file.

Google Play has a decent selection now, and its nice to just read a book on my phone when I get stuck waiting somewhere.
