75 year old Messerschmitt BF109 E4 flys again

Isn't this the 109 that struck a pole a farmer installed in his field at the end of the runway a few years ago?

Yeah. It was lightly damaged back in '09 by some jerk landowner.

Saw this baby fly in person back around 2006 or so alongside Spits and Hurris up near Niagara Falls.  I have pictures somewhere. 

What an experience.

Well maybe I well hit the lottery one day and buy it . Be the first thing I buy . I know if I did have it I would have to be the one working on it I would not trust no one else .
