fighting ebola at grassroots level..
« on: November 02, 2014, 01:54:00 AM »
Education and non-complacencency is key if we all want to turn the tide against such a heartless and godawful foe.. It is not as big as it used to be, sure... but I'll be damned if a few more of these cases pop up around here again..   :old:

WASH YOUR HANDS! ... and don't lick up strange looking snot goobers.  Dont exchange blood, spit, or splooge with someone recently from West Africa.

End of story.  Stop the panic.

Eat whatever you want, just make sure you cook it thoroughly before eating it. Generally, it is the uneducated and uninformed that eat raw or partially uncooked animals, spreading zoonotic diseases that man shouldn't normally have to deal with.

Grassroots ebola efforts... I thought you were going to talk about how anti-zombie militias were going to start shooting anyone with the sniffles.

Yep Ebola is so hard to catch that the nurses need pressurized biosuits. It just doesn't add up.
