Mods are not on 24/7 That being said I have seen a ton of stuff on 200 that should not have been typed out, but it was and nothing happened and it continued for hours. I dont think every chess piece has a mod lord knows I Knights cant have one with all the stuff posted by some on country lol. Without a mod on every country some mutes I could see would be bias, just human nature to over look what your friends might do or say.
simple fix is do away with chl 200, people wont have to start these threads and the game will be better off without chl 200. any noob who reads 200 would log in about a nano second.
