After a brutal shelling during the night, The men on cactus woke up to hear that 11 troop transports were steaming down the slot covered by a large force of Zero fighters. The American force that scrambled from cactus consisted of 14 Wildcats and 10 Army fighters. They would need them all. Carrier aircraft from the Enterprise would launch and help cactus aircraft keep the transports at bay. At the end of the day, seven Japanese transports lay at the bottom of the ocean.

Snapshot  Events will be 45 to 60 mins in length. Fields will remain open the whole time! Most events will represent a historical 2-4 plane match up in varying environments. All are welcome to attend. No registration, sign up or squad affiliation needed. Simply show up, read the Arena Message, choose a side and plane then get ready to fight!
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!
