Hmm YB-40. Complete failure and withdrawn from combat vs Beaufighter that served successfully in every theater of the war from 40-45.

Remind me not to take your advice on anything as your logic seems off :)
Let's see your Beaufighter have 18+ guns on board  :t

I'll take the speed, agility, 4 20mm cannon, 6 .303 mgs, torpedo, bomb or rockets over your lead sled any day.  In fact I'd happily duel you in your crate vs mine any time and I can promise you I'll never lose :)

:huhUm, guys? Just to make sure this thread stays on topic, it's about the Manchester, and the discussion about that plane only. If you plan to talk about other planes being in AH, the New Topic button is always available, or bring up a previous thread regarding that plane or gv or whatever it is that can be debated. Just wanted to give y'all a HU.

The Manchester was about as successful as the YB-40.  You could make better arguments for the Whitley, Hampden and most obviously the Wellington if you want a British 2 engine bomber.

In terms of the game the Halifax would be far more worthy and so would the Stirling

So you will say the same thing if it were 999000 in that YB-40? :)

Wow I find it hard to believe it has been almost 38 days since our last path. We should have release another 38 versions by now  :bhead

I would.  He is accurate, but still limited by his platform.  Every time I've encountered him I've come off better than he has.

Considering I could stay out of range and lob 20mm at him, sure :)
