fella told me a story today....
« on: May 11, 2015, 06:31:43 PM »
about his Dad.  His Dad was an RAF mossie pilot during the war and told him a story in which he was rtb from france at low level, overflew a US battleship on the way and was fired upon.  Instead of ending his mission he landed, somehow got his bomb bay filled up with manure, took off again and dropped it, bow on, on this battleship while an admiral in full whites was on deck, by chance.

I have a feeling this may be a load of horse manure (boom boom), but I soooooo want it to be true.

Zoney, you're welcome anytime as well if you are in the area. And yes, Swoop and you would be a good remake of Easy Rider without the drugs, well, until you get to my backyard. ;) You have your choice of a Motor Home or 4th bedroom...but personally I wouldn't take bed with a britiot...:D
