Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

That people die in stupid accidents is a good thing, and not only for the gene pool. It also means that we still live in a free country. Unfortunately there are forces trying to change that.

If dead people vote, then yes... That's a serious problem (and not unprecedented).

The real problem is anyone should feel like they can come to this forum and make a wish without being treated in a derogatory manner.  The only discussion should be centered around whether it would work, or how it would work and so on always in a respectful manner.

You're referring to CONOP 8888, aren't you?

After 40 years as an EMT responding to holiday accidents that involve Cars, Trucks and Motorcycles.  The Car and Truck victims we called: patients, the Motorcycles riders we call them: Donors.

As for your outrage over the majority of readers of this posting, come on, stupid is always funny.

Along with witnessing  what I'm assuming had a very negative affect on you,  but which was it, one or two bikes, and was it one or two bodies.
Oh, and I got to say this, I lived and worked in Omaha one summer, know it well.  A vacation in Omaha Nebraska?  Really?

I was delivering a patient to the ED a few weeks ago, as I was leaving a guy came up to my ambulance, he is covered in large supperating sores, he's probably 19 years old and in a complete mess. All his fingertips were bloody and wrapped in surgical tape, he was obviously fecally incontinent. Apparently he had just been discharged from another nearby hospital. Got transported home at public expense, and immediately went out to fuel his heroine habit.
He got a fix but when he couldn't find a needle he opened a sharps bin and found himself a pre used one, which he had patently had a horrible reaction to. Another example of human detritus desperately attempting to remove themselves from the gene pool. You can either laugh at their rank stupidity or despair, because in most cases they have exhausted every attempt to help them.
Same for OD'ing drug users that get violent and abusive with us for giving them Narcan to save their stupid lives. :old:
