 Ive dicoed 8 times trying to getoff the ground. relogged onto isp 5 times.

 Im up to 18 times havent made it to the enemy yet. 2 isps lost trak of how many relogs.

Living in Finland, In two months something like 5-6 discos, cant remember any packet losses and ping is usually 180-190ms

EEEEEEEK!!!!!  

 Go get a local isp.    I'd be willing to bet AOL adds at least 10 hops just to get out of their network.  If  I were you I'd try to find one that uses the same internet backbone as HTC does.   That's what I did for WB and it worked great.

I echo what is said about finding a local ISP. There is bound to be something in your area, and practically nothing could be worse than the two options you have now for gaming.
