Fixed the tearing issue on Windows 10? I'll let you know!

EDIT: Yes! Windows 10 screen tearing with SLI at 4k is fixed now. Not a big deal, but another irritation removed.

Now with the new driver, I can't use SweetFX. Any way to reinstall this software?
