flat panel tv and used st-290 joystick

hello ah community-can someone tell me a good flat panel lcd tv 21" to 24" to play aces high on-wifi ready for like hulu and Netflix pretty cheap-or just to play aces high.

and if anyone has a used ST-290 they want to get rid of cheap-or just post your price-or a t6000
