Beta Patch 17 Information (April 11, 2016)
« on: April 11, 2016, 01:01:12 PM »
Welcome to Beta Patch 17.  These were built and released on April 11, 2016.

Test goals:
------------------
1. Test frame rate when changing the new terrain detail slider.
2. Test the right click on map down time option.
3. Take vehicles and see if you can get stuck in any trees, from running into them.  Please user .psave to get the information where it happens on the terrain.

Corrections/Updates:
---------------------------
Action: Fixed an issue with CTD when entering arenas or off line from a clean install.
Action: The "Video Settings" dialog no longer shuts down all the graphics before opening. Changes in "Maximum Texture" size or selecting a different device may not completely take effect until a restart of Aces High III. I'll fix this at a later date.
Action: Fixed an issue with the default windows size, of the opening screen, when using multiple monitors.
Action: Fixed an issue causing Aces High III to crash, if pressing "Ctrl Alt Delete" when at the title screen.
Action: Fixed the issue with the clip board being stuck in the middle when zooming and gunners.
Action: Changed the InitializeCriticalSectionEx to be compatible with WinXp
Action: Fixed an issue where resizing the splash screen made the clip board not work correctly. I.E. refreshed the view port when resizing window.

Additional Information:
---------------------------
Use the ".psave filename" command to save your position in the terrain/world.  If you do not provide a file name, then file will be saved as "cmepos.txt" in the "settings" folder.  Thank you!
