I want to sit in my Copilots lap.
« on: September 10, 2016, 09:49:07 AM »
Now that I have your attention.  :D

I'd like to request that the pilots view be unlocked and be able to move around the whole cockpit of some of our newer bombers. In some of our older bombers like the B17 the pilot can move his view over and sit in the copilots seat, but in the newer bombers like the B25, Betty, and B29 the pilot view is locked to his seat. In some cases this causes problems as some of the gauges in the Betty are are blocked or hard to see from the pilots position but could be seen from the copilots position.

You would have the visibility/views available in the real aircraft.

The Mosquitos VI and XVI will benefit from this quite a lot.

Good with this idea. I'd also like it if the pilot and copilot can be insured/killed separately. If you're in the pilot slot and you are killed, you'd automatically switch to the copilot's position and continue flying the mission.

But you have to switch hands to operate the throttle:)
