Missions will not post at night

longtime bug from ah2, maybe.

Last patch I tried to post a mission, with stars out, and after setting up the mission, when i hit post the mission editor box closed and nothing was posted.  I repeated the effort and got the same results.

I was able to create a mission with waypoints and save, before attempting to post.

Im not sure, but when i retried to post the mission, i grabbed the just saved mission from my first attempt.  After uploading the saved mission, my first flight that i thought was b-17 had changed to a6m...something.  After changing the flight to b-17 and clicking formation ( would be nice if formations was checked by default) and reposting the mission, I did not try to replicate the perceived a6m/b-17 anomaly.

I think the "posting at night" thing was due to the fact we dont have night. It is a dusk and dawn time and is some what abbreviated so the mission times would get "lost" so it was set up to not be able to post during the dusk/dawn cycle.
