No, not unless you know someone who is active duty military or retired who is willing to sponsor you on base with a pass.

Nope there is no public access on base, just for those who normally have base access. Active, retired and so on. IIRC there WILL be an air show at DM this year in March. Don't know the dates but I plan to be out of the area the first week of March anyhow.

DM had an airshow in March 2016.  They typically have it every other year.  So, unless they break tradition, the next DM AFB airshow will be in the spring of 2018.
