frame rate drop inside new clouds

Seeing ~20 fps during "gray out" inside the clouds -- much lower than when cloud detail is shown.  (And much lower than inside old style clouds.)

On second thought...  low frame rate might not matter if I can't see anything to shoot at.   :D

5,000yds from clouds un-zoomed FPS 59-60, zoomed 42-50. Just before entering clouds FPS 42, it gradually got worse as I closed to the clouds, inside vary's from 12-52. As long as I did not get right next to clouds, FPS with numbers of contacts around me never effected my FPS.

Near/inside the clouds on dx11, I got stutter.  Near/inside the clouds on dx9, no stutter.  Frame rate stayed pegged at all times in both cases.
