Now that you know where to find it, activate it for future needs.
Since that was not an option for now, try Device Manager>Display adapters>Nvidia>Roll back driver.
If that doesn't help, download and run
DDU (in Safe Mode) to wipe out all of your Nvidia drivers, then download and install new drivers from
Nvidia. The latest drivers are not the only option, you may have to try several before finding what suits your system best. For a (hopefully) known-good option you might also want to check for the video drivers at
Asus or use the Asus Live Update utility.
