Something funny going on with my FR

I got it.   Hu, no saved point restore was available.......toejam.

Now that you know where to find it, activate it for future needs.

Since that was not an option for now, try Device Manager>Display adapters>Nvidia>Roll back driver.

If that doesn't help, download and run DDU (in Safe Mode) to wipe out all of your Nvidia drivers, then download and install new drivers from Nvidia. The latest drivers are not the only option, you may have to try several before finding what suits your system best. For a (hopefully) known-good option you might also want to check for the video drivers at Asus or use the Asus Live Update utility.

Before I read this I actually uninstalled by graphics driver then reinstalled it.  So far it seems to work.

FR at it again.  Something in the backround that causing FR jump around from 120 (never seen it that high before) down the the teens.  Who has suggestion for me to see what might be taking up memory?

Yea,  I was talking to fess the other day and issue he is having.  FR over 200....?!?

yeah, with DX11 it is 59 but with DX9 it is very high and fluctuates a lot.

For your problem Oakranger, check to see if anything is taking resources.  Right click on the taskbar and select Task Manager.  You may need to click on 'more details' to see all the processes that are running.  See if anything is taking up your CPU or Memory.  You will be able to see the % use.
