I have many things to ponder and ah is less than trivial to me. like talking sports. It has no bearing on reality It appears to Me that is not the case for many of You "Take the Sim.... game far to seriously . much I have stated is common knowledge and Your local library is a great source of information. . So keep trolling and have a blast... also Maybe research how many sorties the RAF and Fleet Air Arm launched just t sink the Tirpitz. "anchored in a Norwegian fjord . Have a blast and keep on trolling.
Accuracy wasn't the main reason why the Fleet Air Arm and Bomber Command had to fly multiple missions to sink the Tirpitz, it's double layer of armor plating was the main reason. It was one tough behemoth of a ship, it withstood multiple direct hits from Tallboy bombs before it was finally sunk. If you had gone to your local library and done some research you would have known this.
You should also read the 5th's AF after action report on the Battle of the Bismark Sea, it mentions the high accuracy of heavy bombers against the Japanese fleet during the battle. You know, something you can find in your local library.
