56th FG launched 3 P-47D30 with 100 % fuela dn 3 dt's. We launched from 46 and headed 090 on climbout. At 31K, we turned south and proceeded our planned sweep of the french coastline to A31. It was uneventful. at the end of our southerly sweep area we turned 360 and returned. 15 miles northeast of A20 over the channel we encountered 4 Me109s at approximately 27K, we at 31K. we engaged and quickly broke them up. Nomde damaged 1 109 causing him to disengage and dive to the deck. The we attempted to keep our energy advantage with trhe remaining 3 and maybe more unforeseen enemy AC. This worry proved unfounded. the 3 109's were the last ones we would encounter. we went round and round, Nomde took damage and rtb'ed his jug to A40 early. sancho and I stayed in the fight till the last 109, a persistent fella.., was shot down. He had several oppertunities to leave the fight, but I guess he felt he could take us both. It was a mistake.

we claim 3 Me109G10, 1 damaged Me109G10. No losses, all rtb at A40

Uh. yeah, CFIT here got no confirmed kills.  I did put a mess of lead into some P47's right wing root at 29k over A2.  I'd like that ammo back, so if the pilot could be a good chap and step forward with it, it'll spare me from going over there.
AFAIK, I was the "last man standing" over A2.  Score me the G2 jerk who dragged P47s and P51s into the 88s (I saw at least one explode right over the field).
My eyes are all nasty and puffy from the variety of interesting maneuvers I had to pull.
Thanks to all the Allies for leaving when they did (or getting shot down by ack when they did).  It really made my day to be able to land at A2 after such shenanigans.
I'm sure TOD will be unmatched in quality once the teething and balance issues get sorted out.
I had fun <S> to the organizers, and thanks Rogues for having me.

Hening your target was friendly so was ours.......... The map is porked we sent guys to die for nothing  :(

JV44
launched 5 ju88s and 2 109s
all ju88s kia

we claim 3 p51bs killed

our forward element arrived on target and were unable to cause any damage due to the fact they were our facilities.

Overall was fun with the exception of low axis numbers and frame frame turned out to be a fiasco for jv44.

we upped a17 to be fired upon bt ack from a factory complex. Then I ordered our hi cap to 7 11 n a40 and out of 5 of them 1 showed up the others went the wrong way. Fulzgold tried to drag several 51s away but was too late. They had spotted us

At this point I got reports that our targets were "unkillable" only to realize they were factory complexes that belonged to our country.

S! all maybe next tod will be better for jv44  :)

out of 3 targets we were ordered to kill only 1 was nme wtg Nash  :)

Nah, our targets were porked too Wotan. When I told you "we killed a bunch of stuff" I was really talking about the Allied airfield A42. We made an initial drop on the factory and nothing went down. I then ordered the JU88s to vector towards A42 and drop the hangers and whatever other target was in their path. So three hangers dead and 4-6 other targets (fuel, ammo, etc.). Then we reveresed and tried another pass on the factory. We dropped our remaining ord (we had enough left for another 4 buildings each) but... still nothing went down.

During the whole procedure, we got bounced by a flight of 51s. Our escorts shot 3 of em down, chased the rest away. All buffs and escorts rtb'd alive.
