Can I Join a TOD If I am not in a TOD squad?

Can I join a TOD if I am not in a squad that participates in the TOD? Is it too late to join the TOD that starts Oct. 12? If I can't participate, is there a way to observe the TOD as a spectator?

You can register as a guest in advance with most of the squads flying the TOD.

Shouldn't be too late if you get the ball rolling now.

Clicking on any squad should pull up an email to that Squad's CO.
