Yeah Rocket. It,s not a European based TOD necessarily but a European time zone we're interested in mostly.

Euro evening slot Sat or Sun.
Like Swoop our squad is VMF 323 and US based.
Being UK based myself I had to miss the 1st TOD.
I can commit me, myself, I.
So guess that leaves me looking for a guest slot with Swoop.

Sunday would be great !

i'd like to be guest on one of the squads .. Swoop ? Rocket ?  :)

IMO the timeslot at around 23:00 CET would be awesome because that would be 17:00 EST and that on a sunday should also give quite a US participation, while still not being too late for Euros.

Wait wait!!

Duck, 23:00 for an event that can last 2 hours or more means 1:00 of monday for the end, not including eventually the work on AAR, and the possibility of a later starting time for any reason.

Monday is a work day, and a lot of my squadmates (including me) have to go in jai... ehm... at work, woking up early (6:30 for me).

22:00 or 21:00(better for eastern countrymen) is a better time, IMHO.

well Naso so do I .. Austria is the same time zone as Italy...

my suggestion would hae been LATEST start time 23:00.. and yea i think staying up till 1am is prety reasonable once a week (most folks are useless on mondays anyways  ;))

So I am!  ;)

BTW, I'm scared by the "60% show up, or we throw you out" rule.

As for Murphy's law.  ;)

My squad have a... ehm... high age average, so real life have a strong influence  :)

Anyway, as the boss decide (CMs  ;) ).

I cant believe you can have anything but appreciation for what daddog has done for all of us.If you think its so easy to organise and then RUN these events you are living in a dream world.I took command of axis in 1 event(just turned up and volenteered to lead) and believe me it was STRESSFULL.Almost made it unenjoyable for me until it finished and i got that sense of accomplishment.
Daddog I only wished you WAS european then we'd have you to organise for us at times convenient to you  :)
I appreciate all those events you've done and that ive had the oppertunity to participate in.Please dont give up on us Euros.Just seems that most europeans have ignored this TOD forum because they have assumed its US timed.perhaps a few messages in the normal forums to drum up recognition of what you want from them would get more replies.I have only popped in here a few times because i wasnt aware there was a Euro timed TOD on offer.
If you think i could help just ask and i'll do what i can, starting with a note in my squads forum to let them know a Euro TOD is a possibility.

<S> mate.
