CTD Going to Mission Select with Rate Screen Still Up

I was testing an offline mission.
After it ended, the rate screen was showing.
Without completing or canceling the rating dialog, I went to Staged Missions|Select Missions.
I saw the "Downloading Mission List..." message and then boom.
Repeatable.

If I canceled the Rating dialog first, no CTD.
