I have the Saitek Combat pedals which I believe are the same electronics, I'm not currently using them but I just plugged them in and Win10 recognized them and set them up. I saw a message window pop up as soon as I plugged them in.

I checked AH3 and they were properly mapped on a new setup without prior controller mapping.

Seems to be a common issue with the Saitek pedals.  From what I've read, it maybe a W10 issue.  If that is the case, you will need to uninstall the pedal drivers through the Device Manager and then power down PC and unplug pedals.  Plug pedals back in, best if in another USB port and power up PC.  W10 should reinstall the drivers.

If that doesn't do the trick, make sure USB cable on pedals isn't loose or disconnected.  You might have to pop open the pedals where the cable connects to the pedals to make sure wires aren't pinched or loose.

I have Saitek Pro Flight pedals.  They are plugged into a powered USB hub along with my joystick & throttle.  Occasionally, my pedals seem to become non-functional - and the LED on the USB port where they are plugged in goes dark.  I can fix this by disconnecting and then reconnecting the pedals.

I have the Saitek Pro Flight Pedals too....every now and then mine seem to loose connection at the plug/hub. Like its not having a good plug in. After messing around with it i can usually get it to re-connect and can use. Only 1 time did it not work for me, but it did the next day. I have not had the problem for a couple of weeks now.
