I found out about her on KEXP online back around 2010. She was up in Seattle - Just her, one dude playing the Harp, and another on the guitar. She has an amazing voice.

KEXP is great source for new music. Unfortunately 99.5% of the Singers, and or bands are not my cup of tea. . . . .lol If I see somebody getting 5-10k hits during their first week after their debut I will give it a listen. . . .If they have 1k hits over the last 2weeks - 30 days, you haven't missed anything. . . . lol

Did you see the Harp in the video?

I had the Lyon & Healy Harp makers factory on my beat years ago. A few times on midnights the alarms would go off and I'd get a guided tour of the place. You wouldn't believe what it takes to make one of those harps and what prices they go for.

To begin with you'd have to order one and if you were lucky enough to get one you'd probably have a long wait because they are mostly custom builds. They had to import custom wood workers, mostly from eastern Europe, and the wood itself is very expensive and crafted from blocks. And the machinery itself in the instruments guts are incredibly intricate.

About 20 years ago you'd be talking $50 to $60 k for a top end harp. They supplied Harps to all the big time orchestra's in the world. Yeah I see they are still there. https://www.lyonhealy.com/ If your ever in town a tour is definitely worth it.

An enormous amount of suicides could have been, could be and are prevented through therapy and talking about things that damaged them. Not just suicides, domestic abuse, drug abuse...etc
