The frustration evident in the CC's voice trying to get the Afghan forces to actually aim and fire  at 3:10 in the video  instead of holding their weapons over their heads and blind firing into the air is pretty well the same frustrations as we had in the 60's with some of the South Vietnamese forces we patrolled with.  I guess some things never change.
