On private forums like Squadron forums the moderators can see and edit the name lists of the forums they're allowed to moderate. In the upper left aside your logo and below the Hello <name> text there's a link to "Add/Remove users to/from a private forum". Clicking that will ask for your login, after that you'll see a list of the forums you're allowed to use the name list of.
