LVT spawning feet dry at its own port

I have seen this several times and makes a port almost impossible to capture because of instant resupply.  Is it only at certain ports on certain maps or can be done at any port?  The fleet appears to be a long way from the port sometimes and it still happens.  Is there a particular .dt command to do that?

No dot commands, when you spawn in I think it automatically drops you as close to the land as it can, a definite distant from the ship. The difference is the ship spawn is close to its port on some maps.
