Who do I contact to reset user name/password? I tried emailing but got no response. I can get into the boards ,but not the game.

Unfortunately, the AH team is down to just one man these days. That guy had open heart surgery a couple of days ago. So I'd imagine it'll be at least a few days before he's even out of the hospital. You'll have to be patient while the patient recovers.
